1. Introduction & Acceptance

hdaji operates as an online betting and casino entertainment platform serving players in Bangladesh and select international markets. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your relationship with hdaji, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus participation, and use of all games and services available on hdaji.io.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on hdaji, you unconditionally accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and hdaji.

2. Eligibility

• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — corporate accounts and accounts operated by third-party agents are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of hdaji or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on hdaji or any affiliated platform, and you must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not hold more than one active account on hdaji. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at hdaji's sole discretion, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

hdaji reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hdaji may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of hdaji services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hdaji is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, we may require you to provide one or more of the following documents before permitting withdrawals or at any other point during your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National ID Card, Passport)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details matching the registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal capabilities restricted until verification is successfully completed. hdaji will not share your KYC documents with any third party except where required by applicable law or regulation.

3.3 Username & Password

You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping it confidential. hdaji recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify hdaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hdaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have not promptly notified us.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on hdaji. If hdaji identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — hdaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with those accounts. Funds deposited from personal funds (i.e., not bonus funds) will be returned to the original payment source.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hdaji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit on hdaji is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your hdaji account balance in real time in the majority of cases; in exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 30 minutes. hdaji does not impose a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

hdaji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where:

• KYC verification has not been completed to the required standard
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been met
• The withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's established deposit and betting patterns in a manner that suggests money laundering or abuse

In all cases, hdaji will communicate the reason for any delay or decline to the player via the registered email address within 5 business days.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on hdaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. hdaji is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by intermediary financial institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hdaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which must be read alongside these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on settled bets at minimum odds of 1.50
• Slots: 100% contribution

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

hdaji reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from it where abuse is suspected, and to close the associated account without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or in respect of which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion) will be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on hdaji are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. hdaji offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as available. hdaji reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with event outcomes and applicable rules at any time.

6.2 Casino & Slots

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

6.4 Bet Acceptance

hdaji reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed in error due to software malfunction or obviously incorrect odds will be voided. In cases of disputed outcomes, hdaji's decision following review of available evidence is final and binding.

6.5 Palpable Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at clearly incorrect odds or with an obvious error in the game configuration (a "palpable error"), hdaji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. The determination of what constitutes a palpable error rests solely with hdaji, acting reasonably.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on hdaji. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, forfeiture of funds derived from prohibited activity, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or systematically exploiting promotional terms
• Money laundering or using hdaji as a conduit for any financial crime
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing hdaji staff or other players
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to hdaji's systems, data, or other players' accounts

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hdaji.io, including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of hdaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any hdaji content without written authorisation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the hdaji platform or software

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdaji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hdaji expressly excludes liability for:

• Losses resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hdaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Amendments to These Terms

hdaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hdaji will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Our support agents will attempt to resolve any complaint fairly and efficiently. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to hdaji's internal disputes resolution team, which will provide a written response within 10 business days.

hdaji's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility, made following thorough review of all available evidence including server logs and transaction records, are final and binding.
